Bill caught a wiring issue on my humidifier that was not done correctly by the installer and never caught by the other company I had been using for my maintenance. Contacted Grenz on a Sunday. Jim was back in touch within an hour. The problem was fixed the next day, after other contractors either didn’t know how to or didn’t want to repair. Or worse, they pushed to replace the furnace. This long time issue is now fixed and no longer a worry.
